SPRING/SUMMER 2013 FOOTWEAR TRENDS

Today I'm going to share with you the footwear trends for spring/summer 2012.I just found some of my foot-wears in my closet which are so in trend this Spring/Summer 2013.So I thought it would be great if I share with you.

So let's get started!

Reptile Skins:

This year Reptile printed skin are so in fashion and trend.These footwear were seen at Gucci, Derek Lam, Kenzo and other brands’ shows. The animal printed shoes were also spotted at Mugler and Anna Sui. Some designers used just a strap of reptile skins to add detail to their shoes.I purchased them last year from Imperial Stores.They were about PKR2500.

Printed Foot Wear:

Printed shoes included florals, pixels, and other motifs and were seen at Peter Som, Dries Van Noten, Peter Pilotto, Guy Laroche, Nicole Miller, and Stella McCartney.I also purchased them from Imperial Stores last year and they were about PKR1990.

Metallic Foot Wear:

Metallic shoes is one of the biggest trends for Spring/Summer 2013. Silver foil shoes and sandals were all over the runway during Fashion Week spotted at Nicole Miller, Emporio Armani, Giambattista Valli’s fashion shows. At Moschino heeled sandals were decorated with crushed crystals and metallic leaf plates while at Viktor & Rolf metallic pumps were made of textured material.I got them from Metro two years ago and they were about PKR1750.

Bright Foot Wear:

The Bright Foot Wear Includes all bright and neon colors.In other words eye catchy foot wear.The bright Foot Wear includes Neon Pink,Neon Green,Neon Yellow,Neon Blue etc etc.Spring is all about colors so adopting this trend is must in this spring 2013.I'd purchased them yesterday from Stylo Shoes and it costs me about PKR1295.

Other then these pointed footwear,Transparent Heels/Straps,Chunky Heels etc are also included in these trends which I'm going to find them and buy them soon.But sadly Imperial stores are not here anymore so will find them in other foot wear outlets.
