How to attain this?

1.Apply The Body Shop Foundation only on the area of the eye.After applying foundation Fix the foundation by applying L'Oreal Bare Minerals Translucent powder.Do not apply the foundation on your whole face so that you can easily clean the excess glitter as a lot of mess is created while doing this.
2.Once your eyes are prepared for the eye make up.Apply Essence I Love Stage Eye shadow base on the lids and apply blue eye shadow from Carmela on the lids.Then dab some eyelash glue on the lids,after that dab some blue glitter on your lids.
3.Once you're done with the glitter,clean the excess glitter with the help of fan brush.
4.Now apply the body shop foundation on rest of the face and fix the foundation by applying L'Oreal translucent powder.
5.Now apply shimmer white eye shadow from Carmela Palette on the brow bone and then apply Be'Cute white eyeliner pencil on the lower water line.
6.Apply Essence Long Lasting black eye liner on the lower lash line.Then curl your lashes and apply heavy mascara on them.Here I'm using Diana Of London Movie Magic Mascara.
7.Define your Eye Brows with the help of Luscious Eye brow Definer.
8.Contour your face with the help of Neutrogena bronzer .Also use Sleek Face and Body highlighter to highlight your features by applying it on the nose,Cheek bones and center of the forehead etc.
9.Apply Nude Lip Gloss at the end.Here I'm using Essence Glossy Lip Balm in Strawberry Smoothie.

P.S:Do not wear Contact Lenses in this look cause glitter can enter in to the eyes and stuck in to the lens which can cause harm both to your lenses and your eyes.
